Abstract

Betriebsgerät für LED mit einem isolierten Sperrwandler aufweisend zumindest einen aktiv gesteuerten Schalter (Q3), wobei der isolierte Sperrwandler einen Transformator (L3) aufweist, dessen Primärwicklung in Serie zu dem aktiv gesteuerten Schalter (Q3) angeordnet ist, zum Betreiben mindestens einer LED, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aktiv gesteuerte Schalter (Q3) durch eine Sourcefolger Anordnung über einen integrierten Steuerschaltkreis (U1) angesteuert wird, wobei der integrierte Steuerschaltkreis (U1) einen integrierten Hochvoltschalter aufweist, mit dessen Source-Anschluß (S) die Sourcefolger Anordnung verbunden ist.
