Stielbefestigung.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Stielbefestigungen, insbesondere von Sehlagwerkzeugen, wie Beile und Hämmer, aber auch alle sonstigen Stielwerkzeuge des Haus-, Garten-und Feldgebrauches, beim Wegebau, Bergbau usw., bei denen im durchbohrten Stiel ein Schraubenschaft liegt, dessen Kopf vor das Werkzeug fasst und dessen Mutterverschraubung im Stielende sich befindet.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Kopf des Schraubenschaftes unter Ausbildung federnder Arme gewölbt ist und mit Federwirkung vorne am Werkzeug anfasst. Das Werkzeug wird so unter steter Federspannung zum Stiel gehalten, womit einer Lockerung vorgebeugt ist, die Federspannung kann aber durch Anziehen der Mutterverschraubung im Stielende jederzeit wirksam gehalten oder erhöht werden.
Vom Kopf des Schraubenschaftes sind Laschen abgebogen, die seitlich um das Werkzeug fassen und so den Schraubenkopf gegen Drehen sicher halten.
Die neue Stielbefestigung ist in der Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel an einem Hammer gezeigt, u. zw. in Fig. 1 von der Seite gesehen und mit Schnitt des Stieles an seinem Ende, daselbst die Mutterverschraubung freigelegt ; Fig. 2 zeigt einen Längsschnitt nach der Linie C*-D der Fig. 1 ; Fig. 3 den Schraubenkopf im Schaubild. In der Zeichnung sind bezeichnet : der Schraubenschaft a, der Schraubenkopf c, die Schraubenmutter d, die gewöhnliche Unterlegscheibe e, das Werkzeug als Hammer i, der Werkzeugstiel k sowie dessen Längsbohrkanal i ! für den Schraubenschaft und die Enderweiterung rn für die Mutterverschraubung. Der Schraubenkopf fasst mit Seitenlaschen n, o seitlich um das Werkzeug und liegt blattfederartig ausgebildet mit Zungen p, q hohl vor dem Werkzeug.
Der Schraubenkopf c ist mit dem Schraubenschaft vernietet, neben der Vernietung ist aber auch eine Verschraubung und Verschweissung zweckmässig. Die federnde Zusammenhaltung von Werkzeug und Stiel durch den Federkopf c hebt bei der Arbeit die schädigende Wirkung des Werkzeuges zum Stiel auf, so dass eine Lockerung in der Stielbefestigung nicht stattfinden kann ; einer Lockerung des Werkzeuges vom Stiel kann aber auch durch Nachziehen der Mutterverschraubung vorgebeugt werden. Da ferner durch den Schraubenschaft der Stiel in sich selbst widerstandsfähiger wird, so dass sein Bruch nicht stattfinden kann, so ist durch die Sicherung des Werkzeuges am Stiel und des Stieles selbst jede Gefahr des Abfliegens des Werkzeuges beseitigt.
