Bleistiftspitzer.
Der Bleistiftspitzer nach der Erfindung gehört zu jener Art von Vorrichtungen, die einen seitlichen Ausschnitt haben, der zur Führung des Schneidmessers dient.
Gegenüber bisher vorgeschlagenen derartigen Spitzern besitzt der Spitzer nach der Erfindung die Vorteile einer überaus einfachen Konstruktion, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein Brechen der Mine iso gut wie ausgeschlossen ist.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführung der Erfindung dargestellt.
Der Spitzer besteht aus einem rinnenförmigen Körper a mit einer schieberartigen Wand b, welche mit der Messeranstossplatte c in einem Stück hergestellt ist. Körper a und Wand b bilden eine Hülse, deren oberes Ende offen, das untere Ende geschlossen ist. Ein Lappen e der Wand b wird in eine Ausnehmung g des Körpers a am unteren Ende eingebogen, wodurch die Wand b mit dem Körper a fest verbunden wird. Der Körper a hat am unteren Ende eine der Spitze eines Bleistiftes entsprechende Schräge d, die als Führung der Messerklinge dient. An der Wand b ist die Blattfeder f mittels zweier aus der Wand b herausgehobenen Lappen k befestigt.
Die Wirkungsweise des Spitzers ist folgende : Der zu spitzende Bleistift wird in das obere offene Ende der Hülse eingeführt und bis auf die Messeranstossplatte c heruntergedrückt. Der Spitzer wird mit der linken Hand gehalten, mit der rechten Hand wird ein Taschenmesser j längs der Schräge d gefÜhrt, wobei das überstehende Holz des Bleistiftes h mit einigen Schnitten entfernt wird. Bei zu grossen Schnitten gibt das untere Ende der Feder f nach und der zu spitzende Bleistift weicht dem zu grossen Sehnittdruek aus. Nach jedem Schnitt wird der zu spitzende Bleistift etwas verdreht, so dass immer an einer neuen Stelle der Kegelspitze des Bleistiftes ein Span abgenommen wird, bis die gewünschte Form der Spitze erreicht ist.
Wie bereits erwähnt, stellt die Zeichnung bloss eine der vielen möglichen Ausführungen dar.
Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass eine den Bleistift umsehliessende Hülse einen schrägen Ausschnitt hat und eine Bodenplatte besitzt, die die Bewegung des Messers begrenzt und der Bleistift-
