Zusammengesetztes Mobelstilek.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein zusammensetzbares Möbelstück, welches sich durch eine ausser- ordentlich vielseitige Verwendbarkeit auszeichnet. Es besteht im Wesen aus zwei durch zumindest eine
Querverbindung in gegenseitigem Abstand gehaltenen Rahmen und zwei an den Rahmen drehbar angelenkten U-förmigen Bügeln, die ihrerseits an der Schmalseite des U je einen kleineren um 360 drehbaren U-förmigen Bügel tragen.
In den Zeichnungen zeigen die Fig. 1-3 ; das Möbelstück in Form eines Liegestuhles in drei Ansichten, Fig. 4,5 sind Schnittdarstellungen von Einzelheiten ; die Fig. 6-11 zeigen das Möbelstück sodann in einer Reihe von Anwendungen und Fig. 12 und 13 das zerlegte Möbelstück.
Mit 1 sind zwei rechteckige Rahmen aus Rohren bezeichnet, von welchen jeder durch eine geschweisste Querstrebe 2 versteift ist. Als Distanzhalter ist ein U-Stück 3 vorgesehen, welches mit seinen Schenkeln an den senkrechten Abschnitten 4 der Rahmen 1 befestigt ist. Zur Befestigung dienen Schrauben 5 mit Muttern 6, wobei letztere zur Erleichterung des Aufstellen und Zerlegens vorteilhaft als gerändelte Handmuttern ausgebildet sind. An den senkrechten Versteifungsstreben 2 sind bei 7 die Enden eines U-förmigen Bügels 8 drehbar gelagert, ebenso bei 9 auf den senkrechten Rahmenteilen 10 die Enden eines zweiten, etwas kleineren Bügels 11. Die Lagerstelle 9 liegt hiebei um einen Rohrdurch- messer tiefer als 7.
Die Bügel 8 und 11 tragen ihrerseits an den Schmalseiten die kleinen Bügel 12, 13, deren Schenkel gerade so lang sind wie der Abstand der jeweils zugehörigen Lagerstellen 7 und 9 vom Boden. Gleiche Höhe wie die Schenkel des U-Teiles weisen jene des U- Teiles 3 auf.
In die Rahmenrohre und in die U- Teile 8 und 11 sind Löcher 14 zum Durchstecken von Stiften 15 eingearbeitet, um in üblicher Weise die einzelnen Teile des Gerätes in verschiedenen gegenseitigen Lagen fixieren zu können. Löchergruppen 14'an den äusseren Enden der U-Teile 8 und 11 dienen zum Befestigen einer Stoffbahn 16 mittels der Stäbe 17. Die Stoffbahn geht um eine zwischen der Lagerstellen 7 angeordnete Rohrstrebe 18 herum und wird durch eine weitere Rohrstrebe 19 unterstützt, welche die Lagerstellen 9 verbindet. Infolge des erwähnten Höhenunterschiedes von einem Rohrdurchmesser zwischen den Lagerstellen 7 und 9 verläuft die Stoffbahn mit den etwa aufgelegten Kissen 20 in ihrem unteren Teil vollkommen waagrecht.
In Hinblick auf einzelne der später beschriebenen Verwendungsarten des Möbels sind die Querrohre 18, 19 zweckmässig leicht entfernbar angeordnet. Fig. 4 zeigt dies in einem Schnitt durch eine Lagerstelle. Der Schenkel 21 der U- Teile 8 und 11 ist mit einem Auge 22 vernietet, welches mittels des durch die Handmutter 23 gesicherten Bolzens 24 im Rahmenrohr drehbar gelagert ist. In das Rohr 18, 19 ist ein federbetätigter Kolben 25 eingebaut, der mittels des Zapfens 26 in die Bohrung des Auges 22 einschnappt. Der Kolben 25 kann mittels der durch Schlitze 27 des Rohres nach aussen ragende Köpfe 28 zurückgedrückt und so die Verbindung des Rohres mit dem U-Teil gelöst werden.
Zur Feststellung der kleinen U-Bügel 12-l') auf dem U-Teile 8-11 dient die Klemmvorrichtung nach Fig. 5, welche wohl keiner weiteren Erläuterung bedarf.
Fig. 6 zeigt das Gerät wieder als Stuhl, jedoch mit eingeklapptem Fussteil 11, während der kleinere Bügel 12 emporgeklappt ist und als Auflage für einen Sonnenschutz 29 dient.
Die Verwendung des Gerätes als Bett ist aus Fig. 7 zu entnehmen. Der U- Teil 11 hat die gleiche Stellung wie in Fig. 1-3, der Rückenteil 8 ist gleichfalls in die Waagrechte niedergeklappt, wobei er nicht nur auf seinen U-Bügel 12, sondern auch auf den Schenkeln der U-förmigen Querverbindung 3

aufruht. Die Querrohre 18, 19 können entfernt werden, um ein freies Durchhängen der Stoffbahn zu ermöglichen. Werden die Teile 8 und 11 gegenüber dem Rahmen 1 durch die gestrichelt angedeuteten
Kettchen 30 verspannt, so können die Bügel 12, 13 hochgeklappt werden, um als Anlage für das Bettzeug oder als Traggriffe zu dienen, welche die Verwendung des Gerätes als Bahre gestatten.
In der gleichen Stellung wie in Fig. 7 kann das Möbel auch als Tischchen mit Sitz verwendet werden, wenn, wie in Fig. 8 gezeigt, auf die Rahmen 1 und die Bügel 8 und 11 Holzbretter, Stäbchen- matten 31 usw. gelegt werden.
In den Fig. 9,10 ist das Gerät in Ständer für Blumen od. dgl. umgewandelt, in Fig. 11 dient es als Zeichentisch. Für letztere Anwendung sind in den Rohrteilen 10 Löcher 32 senkrecht zu den Löchern 14 vorzusehen, um das Reissbrett 33 mittels Stiften 34 festzuhalten. Wie in Fig. 11 gestrichelt angedeutet, kann das Gerät in der gleichen Stellung auch als Notenständer dienen, wenn auch die Schenkel des kleinen Bügels 12 parallel zur Ebene der Rahmen 1 verlaufende Löcher erhalten.
In dieser Art lässt sieh das Gerät noch zahlreichen andern Verwendungszwecken anpassen, beispielsweise erhält man ein Frisiertischchen, wenn man in Fig. 9 einen Spiegel an dem kleinen Bügel 1. 3 anbringt und diesen in geeigneter geneigter Lage fixiert. Einen geneigten Tisch veränderlicher Höhenlage erhält man, wenn man wie in Fig. 7 eine Tischplatte an den Rahmen 1 befestigt und die Rahmen auf den nach abwärts gerichteten U- Teilen 8 und 11 aufruhen lässt. Ebenso kann der Stuhl nach Fig. 6 mittels des Teiles 11 und unter Verwendung von Verspannungskettchen nach vorne oder rückwärts geneigt werden.
Setzt man den Stuhl nach Fig. 1-3 auf ein Radgestell, klappt den Bügel 13 als FussstÜtze in die Höhe und den Bügel 12 als Handgriff nach rückwärts, so erhält man einen Krankenfahrstuhl, usw.
Sämtliche Rohrteile lassen sich, wie in Fig. 12 und 13 gezeigt, in einem äusserst kleinen Raum zusammenlegen.

The subject of the invention is an assemblable piece of furniture which is characterized by an extremely versatile usability. It essentially consists of two through at least one

A U-piece 3, which is fastened with its legs to the vertical sections 4 of the frame 1, is provided as a spacer. Screws 5 with nuts 6 are used for fastening, the latter being advantageously designed as knurled hand nuts to facilitate assembly and disassembly. The ends of a U-shaped bracket 8 are rotatably mounted on the vertical stiffening struts 2 at 7, as are the ends of a second, somewhat smaller bracket 11 on the vertical frame parts 10 at 9. The bearing point 9 is one pipe diameter deeper than 7 .
The brackets 8 and 11 in turn carry the small brackets 12, 13 on the narrow sides, the legs of which are just as long as the distance between the respective bearing points 7 and 9 from the floor. The same height as the legs of the U-part are those of the U-part 3.
In the frame tubes and in the U-parts 8 and 11 holes 14 for inserting pins 15 are incorporated in order to be able to fix the individual parts of the device in different mutual positions in the usual way. Groups of holes 14 'at the outer ends of the U-parts 8 and 11 are used to fasten a web of fabric 16 by means of the rods 17. The web of fabric goes around a tubular strut 18 arranged between the bearing points 7 and is supported by a further tubular strut 19 which the bearing points 9 connects. As a result of the above-mentioned difference in height of a pipe diameter between the bearing points 7 and 9, the web of material with the cushion 20 that has been placed on it runs completely horizontally in its lower part.
With regard to some of the types of use of the piece of furniture described below, the transverse tubes 18, 19 are conveniently arranged to be easily removable. Fig. 4 shows this in a section through a bearing point. The leg 21 of the U-parts 8 and 11 is riveted to an eye 22 which is rotatably mounted in the frame tube by means of the bolt 24 secured by the hand nut 23. A spring-actuated piston 25 is built into the tube 18, 19 and snaps into the bore of the eye 22 by means of the pin 26. The piston 25 can be pushed back by means of the heads 28 protruding outward through the slots 27 of the tube and the connection of the tube to the U-part can thus be released.
The clamping device according to FIG. 5 is used to determine the small U-brackets 12-1 ') on the U-parts 8-11, which probably does not need any further explanation.

The use of the device as a bed can be seen in FIG. The U-part 11 has the same position as in FIGS. 1-3, the back part 8 is also folded down horizontally, whereby it is not only on its U-bracket 12, but also on the legs of the U-shaped cross connection 3

Tensioned chains 30, the brackets 12, 13 can be folded up to serve as an attachment for the bedding or as carrying handles, which allow the device to be used as a stretcher.
In the same position as in FIG. 7, the piece of furniture can also be used as a table with a seat if, as shown in FIG. 8, wooden boards, stick mats 31, etc. are placed on the frame 1 and the brackets 8 and 11.
In FIGS. 9, 10 the device is converted into a stand for flowers or the like, in FIG. 11 it serves as a drawing table. For the latter application, holes 32 are to be provided in the pipe parts 10 perpendicular to the holes 14 in order to hold the drawing board 33 in place by means of pins 34. As indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 11, the device can also be used as a music stand in the same position, even if the legs of the small bracket 12 are provided with holes running parallel to the plane of the frame 1.
In this way, the device can be adapted to numerous other uses, for example a dressing table is obtained if a mirror is attached to the small bracket 1.3 in FIG. 9 and this is fixed in a suitable inclined position. An inclined table of variable height is obtained if, as in FIG. 7, a table top is attached to the frame 1 and the frame is allowed to rest on the downwardly directed U-parts 8 and 11. Likewise, the chair according to FIG. 6 can be tilted forwards or backwards by means of the part 11 and using tensioning chains.
If you put the chair according to Fig. 1-3 on a wheel frame, fold the bracket 13 as a footrest upwards and the bracket 12 as a handle backwards, you get a hospital elevator, etc.
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, all pipe parts can be put together in an extremely small space.
