  Versperrbarer Rucksaekversehluss.

  Lockable rucksack closure.

The invention relates to a lockable rucksack closure which is suitable for the rucksack types commonly used today, which are closed by means of a cord drawn through eyelets or openings in the upper edge of the rucksack or a similar closure means.

An example embodiment of the device according to the invention is shown in the drawing.

In the illustrated embodiment, a chain z is used as the closure means, in which slacks are formed at two points by adding a short piece of chain. These Sehlupfen s are arranged so that when the rucksack is closed, they lie just in front of the eyelets ö from which the chain ends are pulled out, so that the rucksack can be secured against unauthorized opening by means of a padlock 8eh or another suitable lockable device. The loops must of course be thin enough to be able to pull them through the eyelets of the backpack when opening.

In order to prevent the chain ends from sliding in through the eyelets, the two chain ends are united by a key ring r, on which the key can be safely stored while the backpack is being carried.

The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. Instead of the chain, a solid cord, wire braid or any other pulling element made of solid material can be used, which is provided with slips or other devices for pulling through a padlock or a similar lockable locking element.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Lockable closure for rucksacks that are closed by means of a pulling element guided through eyelets, characterized in that the pulling element (z) Sehlupfen (s) or the like. Has devices which, when the backpack is closed, next to one another and immediately in front of the eyelets (ö) lie out
