Werkzeug zum Glattstreichen des aufgetragenen Mörtels beim Aufführen von Mauern.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug, mittels welchem beim Aufführen einer Mauer der auf die Ziegelschar aufgeschüttete Mörtel in der erforderlichen Stärke glattgestrichen wird. Das Werkzeug besteht aus einem mit einer Leiste an der Mauer abstützbaren Führungsbrett für einen Streicher, dessen Streichkante bei an der Mauer abgestütztem Führungsbrett sich in bestimmter Höhe über der letzten Ziegelschar befindet, so dass beim Betätigen des Streichers der aufgetragene Mörtel in der erforderlichen Höhe glatt abgestrichen wird.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 die Abstreichvorrichtung bei Gebrauch im Querschnitt und Fig. 2 in Vorderansicht.
Die Abstreichvorrichtung besteht aus einem Brett 1, welches ungefähr einen Meter lang ist und an der oberen Kante eine seitlich vorspringende Leiste 2 besitzt. Ferner ist das Brett 1 über seine ganze Länge im Querschnitt stufenförmig ausgenommen, und in die dadurch gewonnene Ausnehmung 3 sind Führungsleisten 4 eingesetzt. Diese sind an einem Deckblatt 5 befestigt und mit im Querschnitt sehwalben- schwanzförmig unterschnittenen Längsnuten 6 versehen. Das Deckblech 5 liegt oben an der Abstufungskante 7 und unten an einer Distanzleiste 8 auf und ist durch Schrauben mit dem Brett 1 und den Führungsleisten 4 fest verbunden.
In den Führungsnuten 6 ist ein Gleitstück 9 längsbeweglich geführt, an welchem ein Winkelarm 10 sowie ein Handgriff 11 befestigt ist, die beide aus einem Längsschlitz 12 des Brettes 1 nach vorne herausragen. An dem Winkelstück 10 ist ein Streichblech 13 befestigt. Das Brett 1 weist an der rechten Seite einen Handgriff 14 auf. Die Höhe des Vorsprunges 2 ist gleich der Stärke des glattzustreichenden Mörtels.
Bei Gebrauch wird das Werkzeug mit der seitlich vorspringenden Leiste 2 auf die Oberkante 15 des Mauerwerkes, d. i. auf die jeweils letzte Ziegelschar, aufgesetzt und der Streicher 10, 13 in die linke Endstellung gebracht. Nach Aufschütten des Mörtels 16, was selbstverständlich auch vor dem Anlegen des Werkzeuges geschehen kann, wird der Streicher durch Erfassen des Handgriffes 11 mit der linken Hand in die durch den Schlitz 12 begrenzte rechte Endstellung bewegt und hiebei das Brett 1 an dem Handgriff 14 mit der rechten Hand festgehalten.
Da der Abstand der Unterkante 17 des Streichers von der Ziegeloberkante 15 der erforderlichen Stärke des Mörtels entspricht, wird durch die Betätigung des Streichers das Mörtelmaterial in der entsprechenden Höhe glattgestrichen. Nach diesem Arbeitsvorgang wird das Brett 1 ein entsprechendes Stück nach rechts verschoben, der Streicher wieder in die linke Endstellung gebracht und darauf der geschilderte Arbeitsvorgang wiederholt.
Durch Benutzung der beschriebenen Vorrichtung wird an Arbeitszeit und daher auch an Arbeitskosten gespart.

The invention relates to a tool by means of which, when a wall is passed, the mortar poured onto the group of bricks is smoothed to the required thickness. The tool consists of a guide board for a stringer, which can be supported on the wall with a strip, the edge of which, when the guide board is supported on the wall, is at a certain height above the last group of bricks so that when the striker is operated, the applied mortar is smoothed off at the required height becomes.

The scraper consists of a board 1 which is approximately one meter long and has a laterally projecting bar 2 on the upper edge. Furthermore, the board 1 is recessed in a stepped manner over its entire length in cross section, and guide strips 4 are inserted into the recess 3 thus obtained. These are attached to a cover sheet 5 and provided with longitudinal grooves 6 undercut in cross section in the shape of a wale-tail. The cover plate 5 rests on the step edge 7 at the top and on a spacer strip 8 at the bottom and is firmly connected to the board 1 and the guide strips 4 by screws.
In the guide grooves 6, a slider 9 is guided in a longitudinally movable manner, to which an angle arm 10 and a handle 11 are attached, both of which protrude from a longitudinal slot 12 of the board 1 to the front. A mouldboard 13 is attached to the angle piece 10. The board 1 has a handle 14 on the right side. The height of the projection 2 is equal to the strength of the mortar to be smoothed.
In use, the tool with the laterally protruding strip 2 is on the upper edge 15 of the masonry, d. i. placed on the last group of bricks and the strings 10, 13 brought into the left end position. After pouring the mortar 16, which of course can also be done before the tool is put in place, the striker is moved into the right end position limited by the slot 12 by grasping the handle 11 with the left hand and the board 1 on the handle 14 with the right hand.
Since the distance between the lower edge 17 of the stringer and the top edge 15 of the brick corresponds to the required strength of the mortar, the mortar material is smoothed out at the appropriate height by actuating the striker. After this operation, the board 1 is shifted a corresponding piece to the right, the string is brought back to the left end position and the described operation is then repeated.
Using the device described saves working time and therefore also labor costs.
