Strumpfband.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf elastische Bänder zum Halten von Strümpfen und Socken. Gegen- über bekannten Strumpfbändern hat das neue Band den Vorteil, dass kein Druck auf das Bein ausgeübt und der Blutkreislauf nicht behindert wird. Das neue Band gleitet nicht und bleibt sicher in der Lage, in welche es gebracht worden ist, gleichgültig wie das Band eingestellt worden ist.

dass an der Innenfläche des das Strumpfband bildenden elastischen Stoffes kleine Aussparungen, Vertiefungen od. dgL vorgesehen sind, die nach Art von Saugnäpfen wirken. Wird die Breite des Bandes richtig gewählt, so ist der Haftdruck hinreichend gross, um eine Verschiebung des Bandes unter dem Zug des Strumpfes od. dgl zu vermeiden.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. 1 ist eine schaubildliehe Ansicht des Strumpfbandes gemäss der Erfindung, Fig. 2 eine schaubildliche Ansicht des befestigten Halters und Fig. 3 eine Ansicht eines Halters.
Das Band 1 aus elastischem Stoff kann als endloser Ring oder als offenes zu versehliessendes Band hergestellt werden, wobei jeder geeignete Verschluss Verwendung finden kann. Die Innenfläche des Bandes weist kleine Aussparungen oder Vertiefungen auf, die mit der Haut in Berührung kommen und nach Art von Saugnäpfen wirken, wodurch das Strumpfband an der gewünschten Stelle des Beines festgehalten wi d.
Der aus der Platte 2 bestehende an sich bekannte Halter ist in beliebiger Weise an dem Strumpfband 1 befestigt. Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind in der Platte 2 Aussparungen 3 vorgesehen, um den Halter an dem Strumpfband annähen zu können. Der untere Teil der Platte 2 ist mit einem vorspringenden Knopf 4 versehen, gegen welchen sich der, am oberen Teil der Platte 2 angelenkte Verschluss 5 legt.
