form) trägt, in fester Verbindung.

Abutment seal for artificial stone slab on the stamped form.
For the production of cement slabs and artificial stone slabs, the most diverse systems are in use, u. between hand-held impact tables, press tables, the pressure being generated by means of a flywheel in the latter, as well as systems in which hydraulic pressure is applied. In all of these systems, it is generally a question of tamping or hammering the concrete mix or artificial stone material into the frame or press box provided or pressing it in under pressure. Once this has been done, the now finished panels are always ejected upwards from the frame by means of various devices and stored for setting and hardening.
The aforementioned ejection upwards, as it is done in all existing systems, has its disadvantages, u. between handshaking because the edges of the finished cast stone slab, after the visible surface of the same is in the frame above, are never clean, and there are even greater disadvantages with pressed stone because the finished cast stone slab, with the visible surface in the frame is located at the bottom, after ejection it must first be turned and only then can be put down for binding.
Apart from the fact that in this case the plate loses the cement milk due to the strong pressure on the edges during the pressing after the visible surface is at the bottom, and consequently the edges become poor in cement, in particular

and often cracks.
The subject matter of the invention relates to the installation of an ejector device which enables the synthetic stone slab, which has been tamped as part of a hand-held striking table, to be ejected downwards.
This creates the following advantages. The artificial stone slab to be produced always keeps the visible surface at the top during the work process on hand-held chopping tables, which means that it can be smoothed accordingly and thereby made resistant, and the edges also do not lose any cement paste. When ejected downwards, the panels receive the so-called edge

the plate as it is, can be stored for binding. As a result, the plate does not suffer any damage and no cracks can develop on it.
In the drawing, the device is shown, u. zw. Fig. 1 shows the ejection device, as it is assembled ready for ejection down, u. between the finished and smoothed artificial stone slab I, through the fixed frame II by means of the stamp III.
Fig. 2 shows the floor plan, u. between in horizontal section after the line, 1-
The ejector consists of the following parts:
The rail n, to which the punch 111 is attached by means of the rod IV, the two articulated rods b, which are designed like a hammer at the top and engage in the rail, which has slots on both sides, the two pipe nuts c, through which the lower part of the articulated rods goes through, and the rail cl to which the two pipe nuts are attached.
The aforementioned lower part of the two joint rods is provided with a flat thread at the top and bottom and is inserted into these screw nuts, with which the aforementioned threaded rods can be adjusted and fixed.
The ejection device consisting of the aforementioned parts is by means of the rail tl on the

form), in a fixed connection. This makes it possible that the entire set assembled with the stamped artificial stone plate can be pushed down through the fixed frame II.
The downward movement is brought about by a rack attached to the rod VI, which is again connected to a gear drive with a lever.
The following are used for the declaration of operation:
Before the artificial stone slab is tamped in or in layers, the two articulated rods b are laid down laterally and the rail a is pulled up with the punch 111 located thereon. After completion of the ramming work, the rail a is lowered with the punch, and the articulated rods b are hooked into the slots of the rail a, i. H. folded in, whereupon the entire set comes down to the ejection. Once this has been done, the finished cast stone slab, which has been ejected downwards, is lifted off and put down for setting or hardening, however, initially the hinged rods are unhooked and the rail is pulled up with the punch.
Bringing the device back upwards to its original position for renewed tamping and ejection downwards is just as easy.
The drawing shows an artificial stone slab production plant in which two slabs are ejected downwards at the same time.
The ejection device which forms the subject of the invention is made partly of iron and steel.
