Abstract

Um Benutzer bei zu treffenden Entscheidungen in einer Anwendung zu unterstützen, wird die Erstellung einer Vorschlagsbasis für einen Benutzer einer bestimmten Anwendung zur Unterstützung des weiteren Handelns des Benutzers hinsichtlich einer zu treffenden Entscheidung in der Anwendung vorgeschlagen. Dazu werden textbasierte Inhalte zur Anwendung zuerst manuell mit einem bestimmten Anwendungsmotiv annotiert, woraus für jedes in den textbasierten Inhalten vorkommendes Textfragment eine Wahrscheinlichkeit für den Zusammenhang mit jedem der Anwendungsmotive ermittelt wird. Die Anwendung dieser Wahrscheinlichkeitsverteilung liefert durch Mittelung über die einzelnen Anwendungsmotive für einen textbasierten Inhalt eine Anwendungsmotivverteilung, die für die Erstellung der Vorschlagsbasis mit einer Anwendungsmotivverteilung eines anderen textbasierten Inhalts verglichen wird.
