Spring-loaded saddle, especially for notor's bicycles.

The invention relates to a resilient saddle, in particular for motorcycles, with coil springs arranged in bundles, attached to a pair of common support pieces, for tightening the seat leather and is mainly located in that the front support piece is designed as a pivotable bracket in which one is against the saddle frame supporting adjusting screw finds its nut.

This can be pivoted about horizontal bolts in the front support piece.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated, u. Between Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal center section and Fig. 2 shows a part of the front view, partly in section.

The saddle carried by the rear support spring 1 has the usual frame parts 2, 3, 4, a center piece 5, a front end piece 6 and two bundles of helical springs 7, 8, which are arranged according to the curvature of the seat leather (not shown), and are used to tighten the latter. which are connected with their ends to the framework parts 4, 5,6.

According to the invention, the end piece 6 is secured by means of an adjusting screw 10 carrying a handle 9
 EMI1.1
is attached to the end piece 6, with its inner end against the framework part 3. The end piece 6 has the. Shape of a U-shaped bracket, in the parallel legs of which the nut 12 is pivotably mounted by means of horizontal bolts 15. The frame part 3 has a hemispherical or conical socket 14, in which the inner end of the adjusting screw 10, which is also shaped, is mounted in the manner of a center punch. In this way, the adjusting screw 10 is provided with a flexible mounting that is not impaired by the pivoting of the bracket 6.
