Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Unterlagsplatte für Schrauben, Zugbolzen u. dgl., insbesondere zur Befestigung von Schwellen, Dielen u. dgl., welche Unterlagsplatte mit einer Austiefung zur Aufnahme des versenkt gelagerten Schiaubenkopfes ausgestattet ist, so dass der obere Rand des Schraubenkopfes mit der Diele, Schwelle od. dgl. bündig abschliesst, wobei gleichzeitig der Auflagerdruck auf eine grosse Flache übertragen wird.
Die Austiefung kann zweckmässig so der Form des Schraubenkopfes angepasst werden, dass ein Anziehen der Mutter, ohne den Kopf festhalten zu müssen, möglich ist. Vorzugsweise trägt die Platte am Rande eine Leiste, wodurch ein sicheres Aufsitzen und gleichzeitig eine Versteifung der Platte erzielt wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes zur Darstellung gebracht, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 die Unterlagsplatte gemäss dieser Ausführungsform in Draufsicht mit eingesetzter Schraube, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach A-B der Fig. 1 in Aufriss.
Gemäss des dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels weist die Unterlagsplatte a von quadratischer

der Befestigungsschraube e passt. Die Austiefung e ist ihrer Höhe nach derart bemessen, dass der Kopf d der Schraube e vollkommen versenkt ist und so mit der oberen Fläche der Platte bündig liegt.
Die Unterlagsplatte a bildet eine wesentlich vergrösserte Auflagerfläche, so dass der Flächendruck verringert und hiedurch die Diele od. dgl., zu deren Befestigung die Schraube dient, an der Befestigungstelle wesentlich geschont wird. Durch die Anordnung der Randleiste b wird ein sicheres Aufsitzen der Unterlagsplatte auf der Abstützungsfläche und gleichzeitig eine Versteifung der Platte selbst bewirkt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Unterlagsplatte für Schranben, Zugbolzen u. dgl., insbesoundere zur Befestigung von Schwellen, Dielen u. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlagsplatte (a) mit einer Austiefung (e) zur Aufnahme des Schraubenkopfes (d) versehen ist, so dass der obere Rand des Schraubenkopfes mit der Diele od. dgl. bündig abschliesst.
