LA PRESION GASEOSA ISOTACTICA APLICADA CRECE CON TAL VELOCIDAD QUE EN FUNCION DE LA GRANULOMETRIA DE LA ARENA Y DE LA PROFUNDIDAD DE INMERSION DEL MODELO, GENERA RAPIDA Y TEMPORARIAMENTE POR PERDIDA DE CARGA A TRAVES DE LA ARENA, UNA SOBREPRESION DEL METAL FUNDIDO, ALCANZANDO LA SOBREPRESION UN VALOR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE DOS LIMITES Y DISMINUYENDO A MEDIDA QUE LA PRESION AUMENTA, MANTENIENDO LUEGO LA PRESION CONSTANTE HASTA UNA COMPLETA SOLIDIFICACION.LOST FOAM MOLDING PROCEDURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF METAL PIECES WHERE A MODEL OF THE PRODUCT TO BE OBTAINED MADE OF A FOAM OF ORGANIC MATERIAL IS INTRODUCED IN A MOLD CONSTITUTED BY A DRY SAND BATH THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY BINDING AGENTS AND THE MOLD WITH THE MELTED METAL AND BEFORE THE SOLIDIFIED FRACTION OF THE METAL EXCEEDS 40% IN WEIGHT, ISOTACTIC GASEOUS PRESSURE IS APPLIED IN THE MOLD. THE ISOTACTIC GASEOUS PRESSURE APPLIED GROWS WITH SUCH SPEED THAT, DEPENDING ON THE GRANULOMETRY OF THE SAND AND THE DEPTH OF IMMERSION OF THE MODEL, IT GENERATES RAPIDLY AND TEMPORARILY BY LOSS OF LOAD THROUGH THE SAND, MELTING THE MELTED METAL, A VALUE COMPRISED BETWEEN TWO LIMITS AND DECREASING AS THE PRESSURE INCREASES, THEN MAINTAINING THE PRESSURE CONSTANTLY UNTIL A COMPLETE SOLIDIFICATION.
