Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a formas en estado sólido de indoxacarb o su solvato, procesos para su preparación y composiciones agroquímicas de los mismos. Reivindicación 1: Una forma cristalina B de indoxacarb, que se caracteriza por datos seleccionados de uno o más de los siguientes: i. un patrón de XRPD que tiene picos a 13,5, 13,8, 16,2, 21,2, y 21,4 grados 2-q ± 0,2 grados 2-q; ii. un patrón de XRPD sustancialmente como se muestra en la Figura 1. Reivindicación 3: Una forma cristalina I de Isopropanolato de indoxacarb, caracterizada por datos seleccionados de uno o más de los siguientes: i. un patrón de XRPD que tiene un pico a 5.8 grados 2-q ± 0,2 grados 2-q; ii. un patrón de XRPD sustancialmente como se muestra en la Figura 5. Reivindicación 7: Un método para controlar plagas de lepidópteros mediante la utilización de una forma cristalina de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 4, una composición agroquímica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, o una formulación agroquímica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 6, como un insecticida tanto en entornos agronómicos como no agronómicos. Reivindicación 8: Un proceso de preparación de la forma cristalina de indoxacarb de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que comprende someter una solución de Forma A de indoxacarb en un sistema de disolvente alcohólico seguido de reflujo, enfriamiento, filtración y secado al vacío para obtener una forma sólida, que es la Forma B de indoxacarb. Reivindicación 11: Un proceso para la preparación de la forma cristalina de solvato de isopropanolato de indoxacarb de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, que comprende disolver la Forma A de indoxacarb en alcohol Isopropílico a alta temperatura, y luego enfriar sometiendo la solución con indoxacarb sólido adicional seguido por agitación, filtrado y secado para obtener un sólido, que es la Forma I de Solvato de isopropanolato de indoxacarb.
