Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de temozolomida a gran escala industrial que usa N-metil carbamoilimidazol (NMCI) Forma I en la preparación del intermedio clave 5-amino-N1-imidazol-1,4-dicarboxamida (carbamoil-AICA). Además, la presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar NMCI Forma I.
