Abstract
La presente invención pertenece al campo de la ingeniería industrial y la gestión de la producción y se refiere a un dispositivo, sistema y método de monitoreo de herramienta para medir las condiciones de operación, los ciclos de operación y la ubicación de la herramienta. El dispositivo (1) de la presente invención comprende: medios de fijación con la herramienta; mecanismo contador de ciclos; medios de comunicación con una red 40; al menos una fuente de alimentación eléctrica (11); al menos una unidad de procesamiento de datos (4); una unidad de seguridad (9) que se activa cuando el dispositivo (1) se retira de la herramienta; y medios de ubicación de dispositivos (1). El sistema de control de herramientas comprende: al menos un dispositivo (1) asociado a una herramienta instalada en una máquina (30); al menos una red de transferencia de datos (40) que se comunica con el dispositivo (1); al menos una interfaz de usuario para acceder a los datos transmitidos desde el dispositivo (1); un gateway (20) de comunicación de los dispositivos (1) con la red de transferencia de datos (40); y un canal de alerta de usuario, que se activa cuando el dispositivo (1) mide parámetros predeterminados. Y el método de control de la herramienta comprende los pasos de: leer los parámetros de operación de una herramienta de los sensores del dispositivo (1); y transmitir la información de los parámetros de operación medidos a una computadora (50) de un usuario remoto por: enviar los datos medidos por el dispositivo (1) a un gateway (20); enviar los datos del gateway (20) a una red de comunicaciones (40); y acceder a datos de la red de comunicación (40) desde una computadora (50).
