Abstract
Se proporciona un método de procesamiento de video para incluir realizar una conversión entre un video que comprende una o más imágenes y un flujo de bits del video; en donde el flujo de bits se ajusta a una regla de formato; en donde la regla de formato especifica que uno o más elementos de sintaxis indicativos de información de codificación se incluyen selectivamente en un conjunto de parámetros de imagen del flujo de bits en respuesta a si se indica que cada imagen que hace referencia al conjunto de parámetros de imagen comprende un único segmento.
