Abstract
Se describen sistemas y métodos para determinar la distancia entre una fractura hidráulica de un pozo secundario con respecto a la perforación principal de un pozo principal. Un cable de fibra óptica de sensor acústico distribuido mide las mediciones de deformación a lo largo de una longitud de la perforación principal. Luego, un dispositivo informático calcula la distancia entre la fractura hidráulica y la perforación principal mediante la introducción de las mediciones de deformación en un modelo de deformación por fractura para resolver la ubicación de la fractura hidráulica. Un proceso subterráneo se puede ajustar en función de la distancia calculada entre la fractura hidráulica y la perforación principal para evitar o utilizar un impacto de fractura.
