Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada para la aplicación por pulverización que comprende una sal plaguicida hidrosoluble y un agente reductor de la deriva que comprende una proteína y un ácido graso, en donde la concentración del ácido graso es al menos 5 g/l de la solución concentrada. Reivindicación 10: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde la sal plaguicida hidrosoluble se selecciona del grupo que consiste en herbicidas, reguladores del crecimiento de la planta y nematicidas. Reivindicación 11: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde la sal plaguicida hidrosoluble es un plaguicida ácido orgánico en forma de una sal seleccionada de una sal de ácido carboxílico, una sal de ácido fosfónico, una sal de ácido sulfónico, o una mezcla de estas. Reivindicación 12: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, en donde la sal plaguicida hidrosoluble comprende un contraión de sal seleccionado de contraiones de metales alcalinos, contraión de amoníaco, contraión de amina, y mezclas de estos. Reivindicación 16: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el ácido graso es un C₆ a C₂₂ ácido graso o una sal de estos. Reivindicación 18: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el ácido graso es etilénicamente insaturado. Reivindicación 19: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el ácido graso se selecciona del grupo que consiste en ácido oleico, ácido ricinoleico, ácido linoleico, ácido hexanoico, ácido pelargónico, ácido esteárico, sal de estos y mezclas de estos. Reivindicación 20: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde la proteína se selecciona de caseína, albúmina, lactoalbúmina, proteína de suero de leche, aislado de proteína de soja, proteína de arveja, proteína de cereal, proteína bovina, o sales o combinaciones de estos. Reivindicación 21: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde la proteína es caseinato de sodio. Reivindicación 22: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el plaguicida se selecciona del grupo que consiste en herbicidas en forma de sales de ácido carboxílico y sales de ácido fosfórico. Reivindicación 24: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el plaguicida se selecciona de sales hidrosolubles de uno o más seleccionadas del grupo que consiste en herbicidas ácidos aromáticos, herbicidas de organofósforo, herbicidas de ácido fenoxi alcanoico, herbicidas de ácido ariloxi fenoxialcanoico, herbicidas de ácido picolínico, herbicidas de ácido quinolona carboxílico. Reivindicación 25: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el plaguicida comprende al menos una sal hidrosoluble de un herbicida ácido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en herbicidas de ácido benzoico, herbicidas de ácido fenoxiacético, herbicidas de ácido fenoxi butírico, herbicidas de ácido fenoxi propiónico y herbicidas de ácido picolínico. Reivindicación 26: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el plaguicida comprende una sal hidrosoluble de al menos un herbicida ácido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en 2,4-D, dicamba, MCPA, aminopiralid, clopiralid, picloram, halauxifén, flopirauxifén, diclorprop, mecoprop, diclorprop-P, mecoprop-P. Reivindicación 27: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, que comprende un mezcla de sales de ácidos herbicidas hidrosolubles en donde los ácidos herbicidas comprenden (a) dicamba, diclorprop-P y 2,4-D; (b) MCPA y mecoprop-P; (c) MCPA y diclorprop-P; (d) dicamba y mecoprop-P; (e) dicamba y diclorprop-P; o (f) 2,4-D y diclorprop-P y (g) 2,4-D y mecoprop-P. Reivindicación 29: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el plaguicida se selecciona de sales hidrosolubles de 2,4-D, dicamba y mezclas de estos, en donde las sales se seleccionan de sales de amina. Reivindicación 31: La solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el plaguicida comprende al menos uno seleccionado de reguladores del crecimiento de la planta, nematicidas e insecticidas, preferentemente, seleccionado de nematicidas que se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en sales hidrosolubles de ácido 3,4,4-trifluoro-3-butenoico y N-(3,4,4-trifluoro-1-oxo-3-butenil)glicina; reguladores del crecimiento de la planta seleccionados del grupo que consiste en sales hidrosolubles de etefón, ácido giberélico, glifosina, hidrazida maleica, mefluidida, ácido 1-naftalen acético y ácido triiodobenzoico; e insecticidas de organofósforo hidrosolubles, tales como acefato y metamidofós. Reivindicación 34: Un método para el control de plagas que comprende diluir con agua la solución plaguicida acuosa concentrada de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores y aplicar el concentrado diluido mediante aplicación por pulverización al locus de plagas que se desean controlar.
