Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso para convertir compuestos oxigenados en hidrocarburos que incluye la introducción de una corriente de alimentación que tiene al menos un compuesto oxigenado en una zona de reacción, y la introducción de una corriente de gas hidrógeno en la zona de reacción. En la zona de reacción la corriente de alimentación y la corriente de gas hidrógeno se ponen en contacto simultáneamente con un catalizador, y el catalizador incluye un componente ácido microporoso sólido que tiene acceso 8-MR a 10-MR. La corriente de gas hidrógeno en la zona de reacción tiene una presión parcial de 1 bar (100 kPa) a 48 bar (4800 kPa), y la zona de reacción está a una temperatura de 350ºC a 500ºC.
