Abstract

Se divulgan en la presente solicitud sistemas de inversión y métodos de dilución de látex de tipo w/o que incluye alrededor de 10% en peso a 80% en peso de un polímero soluble en agua. Usando los sistemas de inversión y los métodos descriptos en esta solicitud, la dilución de látex de tipo w/o se lleva a cabo en una sola etapa para formar látex diluidos que tienen 10.000 ppm o menos de polímero; los látex diluidos forman soluciones poliméricas sin ninguna otra adición de fuerza de mezcla o agua. Las viscosidades de solución de las soluciones poliméricas obtenidas usando los sistemas y métodos de la presente son por lo menos alrededor del 80% de la viscosidad de solución esperada en ausencia de corte.
