Abstract
La presente se refiere al campo técnico de la producción de derivados de la acuicultura, más especificadamente a un sistema y método automatizado y autosostenible para producción de derivados de la acuicultura (preferentemente la creación de tilapias), que tiene por objetivo, la producción de carne de pescados para alimentación humana, entre otras aplicaciones en el campo de la acuicultura. Siendo el sistema constituido de un invernadero (2), donde en su interior contiene un dique rectangular (1) dividido en reparticiones con un área de producción de los pescados (1A), donde en su interior se dispone de un sistema de oxigenado formado por difusores de disco de aire (3) o por mangueras micro porosas que reciben el aire del compresor radial (3A), y un área de decantación (1B) dividida en tres diques, que son dotados de un sistema de biofiltro (4) a través de los macrófitos acuáticas flotantes (B) para la remoción de los compuestos nitrogenados de agua. La presente tiene un sistema de filtros y de recirculación de agua en circuito cerrado, que puede ser calentada a través de trocadores de calor solar y eléctrico, o enfriada a través de placas nebulizadoras; tiene un sistema automatizado de distribución de piensos y de monitoreo y alerta en caso de cualquier problema en los equipos, temperaturas, nivel de agua, entre otros.This refers to the technical field of the production of aquaculture derivatives, more specifically to an automated and self-sustaining system and method for the production of aquaculture derivatives (preferably the creation of tilapia), which aims to produce meat of fish for human consumption, among other applications in the field of aquaculture.
