La primera disposición de aspas forma parte de una primera turbina eólica 76 y la segunda disposición de aspas forma parte de una segunda turbina eólica 74. La segunda turbina eólica 74 puede impartir una fuerza de rotación a la primera turbina eólica 76. A velocidades del viento inferiores a las necesarias para el funcionamiento de la primera turbina 76, la segunda turbina 74 puede funcionar y otorgar energía para la rotación de la primera turbina 76.
