Abstract
Aparatos y métodos para alimentar un conductor de entrada con pulsos de tensión. Los pulsos pueden aprovechar de manera beneficiosa el efecto pelicular para generar un potencial vectorial magnético variable en el tiempo que se proyecta radialmente desde el conductor de entrada. El potencial vectorial magnético puede proveer un campo eléctrico para inducir pulsos de salida en un circuito de salida. Los pulsos pueden tener un tiempo de crecimiento suficientemente corto (por ejemplo, menos de 30 ns) como para inducir una tensión suficientemente alta en el circuito de salida. El conductor de entrada y el circuito de salida pueden tener diferentes configuraciones, por ejemplo el circuito de salida puede extenderse alejándose del conductor de entrada. Dicha geometría puede reducir el acoplamiento entre ambos circuitos, por ejemplo entre los campos electromagnéticos generados por las corrientes en los circuitos. Se puede producir un campo eléctrico direccional desde un extremo de un solenoide de entrada y ser recibido por un solenoide de salida superior, cuando los pulsos cargan el solenoide de entrada para que actúe como capacitor.
