Abstract

Composiciones de hemicelulosa preparadas por tratamiento de un material celulósico con un reactivo extractor que comprende un disolvente y un co-disolvente de celulosa. Las composiciones de hemicelulosa preferentemente comprenden de 55 a 99% en peso de xilano y tienen distintos pesos moleculares, iones metálicos elementales y viscosidades intrínsecas, en comparación con las composiciones de hemicelulosa conocida.
