Abstract

Codificador de audio para generar una señal de audio, que comprende un distorsionador de tiempo controlable (506) para distorsionar en el tiempo la señal de audio para obtener una señal de audio distorsionada en el tiempo; un convertidor de tiempo / frecuencia (508) para convertir al menos una porción de la señal de audio distorsionada en el tiempo en una representación espectral; una etapa de formato de ruido temporal para realizar una filtración de predicción sobre la frecuencia de la representación espectral de acuerdo con una instrucción de control del formato de ruido temporal (803), en donde la filtración de predicción no se realiza, cuando no existe la instrucción de control del formato de ruido temporal; un controlador de formato de ruido temporal (800, 802, 804) para generar la instrucción de control del formato de ruido temporal sobre la base de la representación espectral, en el cual el controlador del formato de ruido temporal está configurado para aumentar la probabilidad de realizar la filtración predictiva sobre la frecuencia, cuando la representación espectral se basa en una señal de audio distorsionada en el tiempo o para disminuir la probabilidad de realizar la filtración predictiva sobre la frecuencia, cuando la representación espectral no se basa en una señal de audio distorsionada en el tiempo; y un procesador (512) para procesar posteriormente una salida de la etapa de formato de ruido temporal para obtener la señal de audio codificada(532);en donde el controlador de formato de ruido temporal (800, 802, 804) está configurado para estimar una ganancia en una velocidad de bits o una calidad, cuando la señal de audio se somete a la filtración de predicción mediante la etapa de formato de ruido temporal (510), para comparar (802) la ganancia estimada con un umbral de decisión, y para decidir (802) en favor de la filtración de predicción, cuando la ganancia estimada está en una relación predeterminada con el umbral de decisión, en donde el controlador de formato de ruido temporal está además configurado para variar (804) el umbral de decisión de modo que, para la misma ganancia estimada, se activa la filtración de predicción, cuando la representación espectral se basa en una señal distorsionada en el tiempo, y no se activa, cuando la representación espectral no se basa en una señal de audio distorsionada en el tiempo.
