Abstract

Se revela un aparato y método para administrar recursos de transmisión de radio. El aparato puede incluir: un dispositivo para obtener información configurado para obtener información de recursos de un sistema primario e información de recursos de un sistema secundario, en donde la información de recursos del sistema secundario incluye información de un umbral de tolerancia de interferencia que refleja un máximo nivel de potencia de interferencia tolerable para el sistema primario; un dispositivo para estimación de región crítica configurado para estimar una región crítica del sistema primario de acuerdo con la información de recursos del sistema primario y la información de recursos del sistema secundario, en donde la región crítica del sistema primario incluye una región en que un área de cobertura del sistema primario que tiene una baja relación señal a ruido debido a interferencia del sistema secundario; y un dispositivo de administración de recursos configurado para determinar un recurso de transmisión disponible, que esté para el sistema secundario entre los recursos de transmisión del sistema primario de acuerdo con la región crítica del sistema primario y el umbral de tolerancia de interferencia.
