Se proporcionan una composición herbicida con fitotoxicidad reducida, que comprende, como principios activos, una clase de agroquímico seleccionado de piraflufen-etil, carfentrazona, sulfentrazona, flumioxazin, lactofen, oxifluorfen, fomesafen, flumiclorac-pentil, acifluorfen, acifluorfen-sodio y flutiacet-metil, y una clase de agroquímico seleccionado de bentazona y bentazona-sodio; y un método para controlar malezas con reducción de la fitotoxicidad, el método que comprende aplicar la composición herbicida a un área de crecimiento de plantas útiles.
