Abstract

Se proporcionan construcciones y métodos para la expresión de múltiples genes en células de plantas y/o tejidos de plantas usando un promotor bidireccional revelado de Brassica napus o promotor constitutivo bidireccional de Brassica (BBCP). Las construcciones proporcionadas comprenden por lo menos uno de dichos promotores bidireccionales ligado a múltiples casetes de expresión de genes, donde cada uno de los casetes de expresión de genes comprende por lo menos un transgén. En algunas formas de realización, las construcciones y los métodos proporcionados permiten la expresión de entre dos y veinte genes.
