Abstract
Se describen cuerpos de aleación de aluminio HT y métodos para producirlos. Los cuerpos de aleación de aluminio HT contienen entre 0,20 y 2,0% en peso de Mg, entre 0,10 y 1,5% en peso de Si, entre 0,01 y 1,0% en peso de Fe, y, entre 0,10 y 1,0% en peso de Cu, en donde, cuando Si + Cu es menor que 0,60% en peso, entonces Fe + Mn es menor o igual que 1,5% en peso, opcionalmente con hasta 1,5% en peso de Mn, opcionalmente con hasta 1,5% en peso de Zn, en donde al menos uno del Mg, el Si, el Fe, el Cu, el Mn opcional, y el Zn opcional es el elemento de aleación predominante de la lámina de aleación de aluminio que no es aluminio, y puede producirse por preparación del cuerpo de aleación de aluminio para trabajo en frío post-tratamiento por solubilización, trabajo en frío en al menos 25%, y luego tratamiento térmico. Los cuerpos de aleación de aluminio HT pueden presentar resistencia y otras propiedades mejoradas.
