Abstract

Células B. texasporus deficientes de esporulación y métodos para inactivacion eficiente y rentable y su uso, caracterizada por una cepa B. texasporus deficiente de esporulación con una tasa de supervivencia de menos de aproximadamente 3.5 x 10⁻³, donde la deficiencia de esporulación puede medirse al someter un cultivo a una temperatura de alrededor de 50ºC durante aproximadamente 5 minutos y medir la tasa de supervivencia.
