Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo para la autentificación de una entidad ópticamente variable que exhibe un desplazamiento del color al cambiar el ángulo de visión, comprendiendo el dispositivo una placa de un material refractor de la luz, teniendo dicha placa dos superficies y una agrupación de salientes o rebajos refractores de la luz en por lo menos una de dichas superficies, y estando dispuesta en dicho dispositivo de manera tal que proporcione, una junto a otra, una vista directa y una vista a través de dicha placa sobre por lo menos ciertas partes de dicha entidad ópticamente variable, siendo dicha vista a través de dicha placa una vista desviada angularmente, que resulta de la refracción de la luz en dichos salientes o rebajos. Se describe además un método para la autentificación de una entidad ópticamente variable, así como al uso de una placa que tiene dos superficies paralelas y una agrupación de salientes o rebajos que refractan la luz positiva o negativamente en al menos una de dichas superficies para autentificar a una entidad ópticamente variable.
