Abstract
Se proporcionan composiciones y métodos para conferir actividad plaguicida a bacterias, plantas, tejidos, células vegetales y semillas. Se proporcionan composiciones que comprenden una secuencia codificante para polipéptidos plaguicidas. Las secuencias codificantes se pueden usar en constructos de ADN o casetes de expresión para la transformación y expresión en plantas y bacterias.
