Abstract
Es objeto de la presente mejorar el sistema de gasificación de los gasógenos, aumentar la seguridad y confiabilidad de su operación, facilitar y hacer más eficiente la extracción de cenizas mejorando la grilla excéntrica rotativa y agregando sopladores de vapor o en su ausencia gases inertes en forma periódica, y permitir tiempo de marcha de los gasógenos sin paradas para trabajos de mantenimiento y/o limpieza. Es por tanto objeto de la presente proveer un gasógeno para producir gases para combustión externa en calderas, hornos, motores de combustión interna y otros dispositivos o aparatos que utilicen dichos gases, siendo el gasógeno de tipo contracorriente y lecho fijo, con paredes refrigeradas, donde el material a gasificar a través de un sistema de alimentación y es sometido a una serie de procesos tales como secado, pirólisis, reducción del anhídrido carbónico generado a monóxido de carbono, quemado del carbón residual. Las paredes del gasógeno están conformadas por una pluralidad de tubos de refrigeración con membranas disipadoras de calor. El gasógeno incluye una grilla rotativa excéntrica para la extracción de cenizas, al menos un soplador periférico y un soplador central con respectivos grupos de toberas de inyección de vapor y/o gases inertes para facilitar la extracción de cenizas, al menos una compuerta de salida de gases que cierra el conducto vinculado a la cámara de combustión, y una chimenea auxiliar con válvula de escape de los gases de pirólisis.
