Abstract

El dispositivo de la presente comprende un caballete estructural (10) provisto de rodillos (12) y que lleva: un eje horizontal (20), que soporta un carretel (30) en el cual es bobinado un tubo (T); un conjunto de rodillos enderezadores (60), por lo menos uno de los cuales es un rodillo de tracción del tubo (T), accionado por una unidad motora (50); y un brazo de soporte (40), teniendo un extremo (41) soportado en torno al eje horizontal (20) y un extremo opuesto (42) que lleva la unidad motora (50) y un conjunto de rodillos (60), entre los cuales el tubo (T) es fraccionado y enderezado según una dirección tangencial al carretel (30), estando el brazo de soporte (40) trabado en el caballete estructural (10) en diferentes posiciones angularmente desfasadas entre sí.The device of the present comprises a structural stand (10) provided with rollers (12) and bearing: a horizontal axis (20), which supports a reel (30) in which a tube (T) is wound; a set of straightening rollers (60), at least one of which is a tube traction roller (T), driven by a motor unit (50); and a support arm (40), having one end (41) supported around the horizontal axis (20) and an opposite end (42) carrying the motor unit (50) and a roller assembly (60), between the which tube (T) is divided and straightened according to a direction tangential to the reel (30), the support arm (40) being locked in the structural stand (10) in different angularly offset positions with each other.
