Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Composición herbicida de glifosato, en donde el glifosato se presenta en su forma ácida logrando una mayor eficacia agronómica del mismo, estando la composición caracterizada porque comprende: entre 15% y 20% de glifosato ácido; entre 72% y 81% de ácido ortofosfórico; entre 1% y 2% de un éter poliglicólico; entre 1% y 2% de alcohol isopropílico; y entre 2% y 4% de ácido hidroxietildifosfónico, siendo todos los porcentajes expresados en %p/p.Reivindicación 2: Composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque comprende: glifosato ácido al 100%, 20%; ácido ortofosfórico al 85%, 75,8%; éter poliglicólico, 1,20%; alcohol isopropílico, 1,20%, y ácido hidroxietildifosfónico, 1,80%. Reivindicación 4: Un procedimiento para la obtención de la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: mezclar entre 15% y 20% de glifosato ácido y entre 72% y 81% de ácido ortofosfórico, de manera de obtener una solución ácida fuerte; mezclar entre 1,0% y 2,0% de un éter poliglicólico y entre 1,0% y 2,0% de alcohol isopropílico, hasta obtener una solución humectante, y mezclar dichas soluciones ácida fuerte y humectante con una cantidad de entre 1,0% y 4,0% de ácido hidroxietildifosfónico. Claim 4: A process for obtaining the composition according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: mixing between 15% and 20% acid glyphosate and between 72% and 81% orthophosphoric acid, in order to obtain a strong acid solution; mixing between 1.0% and 2.0% of a polyglycol ether and between 1.0% and 2.0% of isopropyl alcohol, until a wetting solution is obtained, and mixing said strong acid and wetting solutions with an amount of between 1 , 0% and 4.0% hydroxyethyldiphosphonic acid. Claim 6: A spray broth comprising the composition of claim 1, characterized in, comprises: 1 part of said composition, and 100 parts of water, wherein the broth has a pH of at least 1.4.
