Abstract

Se presenta un método destinado a manipular un producto alimenticio esterilizado, que incluye fijar un dispositivo aséptico a un puerto de carga de un contenedor intermodal, el cual comprende una cubierta rígida que tiene una forma elongada, con extremos opuestos cerrados, y al menos un montaje del tipo armazón que sostiene la cubierta rígida. El método también incluye esterilizar el contenedor intermodal y llenar en forma aséptica el contenedor intermodal esterilizado con el producto alimenticio esterilizado, por medio del dispositivo aséptico. El método también puede incluir cerrar herméticamente el dispositivo aséptico después del llenado aséptico. También se describen un contenedor intermodal y una estación de llenado relacionados.
