Abstract

Reactivo para fa determinación de grupo/fenotipificación de RBC, el cual comprende una suspensión de partículas o perlas magnéticas recubiertas con una antiglobulina saturada con anticuerpos con anti-antígeno de RBC, y un kit o dispositivo que contiene lo anterior. También se refiere a un método para la determinación de grupo/fenotipificación de RBC utilizando dicha suspensión de partículas o perlas magnéticas.Reivindicación 1: Una suspensión de partículas magnéticas, caracterizada porque dichas partículas magnéticas están recubiertas en la superficie con un complejo de anti-globulina (AG)/anticuerpo en el cual dicho anticuerpo se dirige específicamente contra un antígeno del grupo/fenotipo de RBC (denominado “anticuerpo con un anti-antígeno del grupo/fenotipo de RBC”).
