Abstract

Claim 1: A system for forming a joint component for connecting a wall to a curved roof of a construction structure, characterized in that it comprises: A support structure; B a cutting assembly supported by the support structure configured to receive the laminated material where a plane of the laminated material is oriented in a substantially vertical orientation, the cutting assembly includes a cutter to cut the laminated material, the cutter has guides to support the first and second portions of laminated material in the substantially vertical orientation, the guides that direct the first portion of the laminated material in a first direction and the second portion of laminated material direct it in a second direction different from the first direction; and C a training set supported by the support structure, the training set is configured to receive the laminated material from the cutting set and comprises: (i) a frame, and (ii) multiple rollers supported by the frame, the Multiple rollers are arranged to impact the first portion of the laminated material and change a cross-sectional shape of the first portion of the laminated material as the first portion of laminated material passes along the multiple rollers in the feed direction to form a union component, the union component has a plurality of segments in cross section in a plane perpendicular to the feed direction that includes a first flat segment in cross section and a second segment that extends perpendicularly in cross section from the First segment
