Abstract

El polinucleotido comprende la SEQ. ID Ns 1-94, también se provee: una célula de planta y una planta transformadas con el polinucleotido divulgado en la presente solicitud. Reivindicacion 1: Un polinucleotido modificado que codifica una proteína Cry de Bacillus thuringiensis modificada que tiene actividad de toxina contra un nemátodo, comprendiendo dicho polinucleotido el uso de codones para una mayor expresion en una planta. Reivindicacion 14: Un método para inhibir un nemátodo, comprendiendo dicho método proporcionar a dicho nemátodo una proteína de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 2 para ingestion.
