Abstract
Un método para la reduccion de oxido de cobre (1) pulverizado en cobre metálico en estado solido por medio de un gas de reduccion alimentado en un horno hermético de gas que está equipado con una correa sinfín. El oxido de cobre T(1) que se va aalimentar en el horno se seca y calienta, después de lo cual se efectua la reduccion a una temperatura entre 600 y 900°C, por lo menos parcialmente, por medio de hidrogeno y el cobre metálico formado se enfría, después de lo cual se retira el sínterde cobre del horno. El aparato comprende un dispositivo de alimentacion de oxido de cobre (1), un horno tubular hermético de gas en el que circula una correa sinfín. Además, el aparato incluye equipo para enfriamiento, retirar y descargar elmaterial reducido desde las correas así como equipo para alimentacion del gas de reduccion en el extremo de descarga del horno y para la remocion del mismo del extremo de alimentacion del horno.A method for the reduction of copper oxide (1) sprayed in solid copper metal by means of a reduction gas fed into a gas-tight furnace that is equipped with an endless belt.
