Abstract
Se revela una cinta compuesta 10 que puede enrollarse con el fin de formar una tubería helicoidal para el transporte de fluido. La cinta compuesta comprende: una cinta plástica alargada 11 que tiene una porcion base 12, la porcion base 12 tiene un lado superior que define una cara externa 15; y por lo menos una porcion de nervadura compuesta que se extiende en la direccion longitudinal 20 verticalmente desde la cara externa 15 de la porcion base 12. La porcion de nervadura 20 tiene un extremo distante 23 lejano desde la porcion base 12. La porcion de nervadura compuesta comprende: un elemento de refuerzo interno alargado 30 dispuesto dentro de o adyacente a la porcion base 12; un elemento de refuerzo externo alargado 40 dispuesto dentro del extremo distante 20 de la porcion de nervadura 20 paralelo al elemento de refuerzo interno 30; y una porcion de viga plástica intermedia alargada 23 que se extiende entre los elementos de refuerzo interno y externo 30 y 40. Cuando se enrolla en una tubería helicoidal, la porcion de nervadura compuesta 20 refuerza la tubería contra las cargas de compresion radial. Reivindicacion 20: Un método para la produccion de una tubería que comprende las etapas de: a) extruir una cinta plástica alargada, la cinta tiene una porcion base, la porcion base tiene un lado inferior que define una cara interna y un lado superior que define una cara externa y por lo menos una porcion de nervadura que se extiende en la direccion longitudinal verticalmente desde la cara externa de la porcion base; b) introducir un elemento de refuerzo inferior en la porcion base de la cinta en una posicion adyacente a por lo menos una porcion de nervadura con el fin de formar una cinta compuesta sub- ensamblada; c) enrollar la cinta compuesta sub-ensamblada en una bobina de cinta o en una tubería enrollada en forma helicoidal; d) introducir un elemento de refuerzo superior en una porcion superior de por lo menos una porcion de nervadura con el fin de formar una cinta compuesta ensamblada; caracterizado porque la etapa de introducir un elemento de refuerzo inferior se produce durante o después de la etapa de extrusion pero antes de la etapa de enrollamiento y caracterizado porque la etapa de introduccion del elemento de refuerzo superior se produce durante o después de la etapa de enrollamiento.
