Abstract

Método y aparato para separar semillas de uva de la pulpa y la piel de una uva que comprende depositar las uvas sobre una palca con aberturas que la atraviesan e impulsar las uvas a través de dicha placa por medio de una paleta de modo que las semillas de uva y el jugo pasan a través de las aberturas de la placa mientras que se retiene la piel de la uva. Después se puede separar el jugo de uva de las semillas y recombinarlo con la pulpa y la piel para su fermentacion para producir un vino que tiene mejores perfiles de sabor como resultado del contenido diferente de taninos de piel y semillas. También se provee un método y aparato para abrir frutos de uva sin fracturar las semillas de los mismos.
