Abstract

La presente se refiere a la inulina de cadena larga y a su preparacion a partir de raíces de alcauciles, su uso en productos alimenticios y en preparaciones cosméticas, así como productos alimenticios y preparaciones cosméticas que contienen la inulina de cadena larga. Reivindicacion 1: Inulina, caracterizada porque la inulina presenta un grado medio de polimerizacion DPw entre 54 y 61.
