Abstract
Método de análisis de alto rendimiento de características de ácidos grasos en semillas. El método comprende alimentar semillas individualmente a una estacion de muestreo, retirar una muestra de la semilla en la estacion de muestreo; transportar la muestra a un compartimiento en una bandeja de muestras, extraer aceite de la muestra en la bandeja de muestras, transmetilar el aceite extraído de la muestra en la bandeja de muestras para formar una mezcla de metilésteres de ácidos grasos; y analizar la mezcla de metilésteres de ácidos grasos de la muestra para determinar el perfil de ácidos grasos de la semilla correspondiente.
