Abstract
Un dispositivo optoelectronico fotosensible orgánico que comprende un sustrato que tiene una primera superficie principal y una segunda superficie principal; que comprende dos capas de electrodo de sustitutos metálicos transparentes en relacion superpuesta sobre dicha primera superficie principal de dicho sustrato; y cuatro capas orgánicas fotoconductoras, que tienen un par interior y un par exterior, dispuestas entre dichos dos pares de capas de electrodos de sustitutos metálicos transparentes, donde dicho par interior de dichas cuatro capas orgánicas fotoconductoras consiste en un par de capas orgánicas fotoconductoras seleccionadas para formar una heterounion fotovoltaica y seleccionadas para tener sensibilidad espectral en una region específica del espectro electromagnético, y donde dicho par interior de dichas cuatro capas orgánicas fotoconductoras comprende tris(8-hidroxiquinolina)aluminio y 4,4'-bis-[N-(1-naftil)-N-fenil-amino]bifenilo.
