Una molécula conjugada que comprende, al menos una primera porcion (I) que incluye una secuencia de portador y, al menos, una segunda porcion (II) que incluye, al menos, una molécula de fármaco antitumoral o una molécula de inhibidor de proteasa, donde dicha molécula conjugada comprende en su porcion (I) aminoácidos D-enantioméricos. Además, la presente se refiere a composiciones farmacéuticos que contienen dicha molécula conjugada así como al uso de dicha molécula conjugada para tratamiento terapéutico. También se revelan métodos para aumentar la permeabilidad de célula.
