Abstract

Estructura de múltiples capas (1), para empaquetar carne con hueso, queso y similares, cocida o calientes, que comprende una capa termosellante de polieolefinas, como ser polietileno lineal de baja densidad y polietileno de baja densidad, ionómeros y sus mezclas, con un aditivo de deslizamiento y antibloqueo, una primera capa (14) de 70 a 99 % de poliamida semicristalina con nylon 6 ó 6,66 ó 6,69 y 1 a 30 % de amorfa, y primera capa de unión (12), segunda capa de unión (16), tercera capa de unión (20), una capa exterior (10) y una segunda capa de poliamidas (18) sobre caras opuestas de la capa de unión, o entre la capa exterior y segunda de poliamida, capa sellante (22). Se extrudan juntas para formar multicapas orientadas. Se puede templar, plastificar, humedecer, irradiar para entrecruzamiento y termoencoger. Tienen un encogimiento libre de 25 % y factor de orientación de 6 a 20. Tiene rigidez y resistencia a la rotura y pichado; son termoencogibles alrededor del producto.
