Abstract

La presente se refiere a un cartucho de afeitadora (14) con una banda de auxiliar de la afeitada polimérica sólida (22). El cartucho de afeitadora posee una hoja (18) (una o más) y una porción de contado con la piel cerca de la hoja. La porción de contacto con la piel incluye una banda de auxiliar de la afeitada polimérica sólida (22) que presenta una superficie expuesta superior la cual se pone en contacto con la piel durante la afeitada. La banda de auxiliar de la afeitada incluye una primera porción que se extiende a lo largo expuesta (24) la cual contiene un polímero soluble en agua lúbrico y una segunda porción que se extiende a lo largo expuesta, adyacente (26), la cual contiene un polímero soluble en agua lúbrico. La primera porción contiene una cantidad mayor del polímero soluble en agua lúbrico que la segunda porción. La primera porción está adaptada para desgastarse más rápido que la segunda durante la afeitada. Está construcción permite que la banda libere más polímero soluble en agua lúbrico durante más tiempo (es decir, por más afeitadas) que las bandas de auxiliar de las afeitadas convencionales.
