Abstract
The food additive containing chemical compounds containing unsaturated acid radicals, characterized in that it contains salts of fatty acids, at least flaxseed oil with metals from groups I and / or II of the periodic table of elements or preferably NH + 4 , in which the proportion of n-6 and n-3 polyunsaturated acids is 0.1-1.0: 1. The manufacturing process of the food additive based on a vegetable fat consisting in that a fatty emulsion, preferably linseed oil in water, is treated with metal oxides or hydroxides of groups I and / or II of the periodic table of elements or preferably NH + 4 at room temperature or at boiling temperature with a stoichiometric or greater amount of metal oxide or hydroxide or ammoniums, thereby obtaining a solid form of a mixture of the salts of those metals and / or ammoniums and polyunsaturated fatty acids; in those salts the acid radicals maintain qualitative and quantitative participation as in the fat used in the reaction and proportion of the polyunsaturated acids n-6 and n-3 is maintained within the range of 0.1-1.0: 1; then the precipitate obtained from the salts is filtered, rinsed with water and dried and the fatty acids and salts obtained are preferably mixed with other ingredients to obtain a final product. The composition of the food with the additive containing feed and fodder and / or other ingredients used in the nutrition of animals raised for commercial purposes is characterized in that it contains from 4-12% by weight of the food additive in a friable form, consisting of salts of fatty acids, at least of flaxseed oil with metals of group I and / or II of the periodic table of elements or preferably NH + 4, in which the proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids n-6 and n-3 is 0.1-1.0: 1, and the composition of the food containing a food additive prepared for animal feed, has a proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids and metal and / or ammonium salts of these n-6 and n-3 fatty acids of between 2-6: 1.
