Abstract

Se describe un proceso para producir una composición de poliolefinas bimodales, el cual incluye en una realización poner en contacto monómeros con una composición catalizadora bimetálica soportada, durante un tiempo suficiente para formar una composición de poliolefina bimodal que incluye un componente de poliolefina de alto peso molecular y un componente de poliolefina de bajo peso molecular; done el catalizador bimetálico soportado incluye un primer componente catalizador que es preferentemente distinto al metaloceno, y un segundo componente catalizador que incluye un compuesto catalizador de metaloceno que tiene al menos un grupo saliente que contiene fluoruro o flúor, donde el catalizador bimetálico es soportado mediante una sílice mejorada, deshidratado a una temperatura de 800°C o más en una realización.
